Our livestock is grass-fed and the meat is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days before being expertly prepared by our local butcher.
We aim to have a fresh supply of beef every month, but supplies do vary depending on demand. Take a look at our resident supply list, below, and drop us an email using the form at the foot of this page outlining what you would like to order.
Be sure to leave a phone number and we'll get in touch in no time at all to tell you what we have, or what we can offer as a suggested replacement. Then, simply collect your meat from the farm it was reared on, or ask us about delivery.
Our joints vary in size and we can supply you with larger or smaller joints as required.

Medium roasting joints weigh approx. 1.2kg and feed 3-4
Large roasting joints weigh approx. 2kg and feed 5-6
